Basic technical logs may be processed by hosting and security providers to keep the site available and secure.

How We Use Information

We use account information to verify payment, create secure login sessions, and grant access to purchased exam banks.

We use contact messages to reply to support, billing, refund, or content questions.

We use question reports to review and improve question quality.

We use Question of the Day signup information to personalize and send exam-prep email and unsubscribe links for that list.

We use newsletter signup information to send source-linked trade field briefings and unsubscribe links.

We do not sell personal information.

Payments

Payments are processed through a secure payment provider. TradeCert Prep does not store full card numbers or card security codes.

The payment provider may process payment, fraud-prevention, and receipt information under its own terms and privacy practices.

Cookies and Security

When you log in, a secure sign-in cookie keeps your question banks tied to the account that purchased them.

Passwords are stored as salted password hashes, not plain text.

Password reset links are tokenized, time-limited, and invalidate older logged-in sessions after a password change.
